Sebaceous cyst

I&D was performed on the sebaceous cyst and pt has a small wound which is being addressed by home health. Any tips on how to code that?

    You will code it as a sebaceous cyst. It is not a surgical wound. It is a lesion present prior to a surgical-setting debridment.

    Yes. The cyst lesion was debrided, The cyst lesion wound remains.
