Working from home

Hello I'm fairly new to homecare I've only been working in it for a little over a year. Our agency is trying to set up a way for me to work from home. Can anyone tell me if they have a standardized productivity they have to meet each week? I'm just curious on this because I use to be an inpatient DRG coder and it seems relevant to that position, but homecare is something completely different. As I have learned homecare is a waiting game for charts, documentation and queries that we all need in order to properly code. How can inpatient and homecare be compared when it comes to productivity standards? I appreciate all of your input!
