adverse effect radiation

Does anyone know how to code a bladder neck contracture secondary to radiation? I can't find an adverse effect code for radiation besides t66.xxxd and that is unspecified. I have N32.0 but am struggling to find effects of radiation.

    Hi Jill.
    You have the correct code but the wrong 7th character. You will use an "S" as a contracture is something that occurs and stays beyond the treatment period, results from the treatment or is a sequel of the treatment. Use the T code along with a contracture of the bladder neck code which describes the sequel. (use 2 codes)
