Is code for Z45.2 Encounter for adjustment and maintenance of vascular device include MEDIPORT care

And is this a new code for presence of MEDIPORT but not being treated by home health:
Z95.828 presence of access port device?

    Use Z48.812 to identify mediport but if you are managing the mediport (or any other vascular catheter) you would use Z45.2.

    Why Z48.812? there is no cardiac aftercare?

    when I look up presence of vascular device NEW code listing in 2017 Decision Health Book says for port access device use Z95.828
