surgery for CDH1 mutation

My patient has CDH1 mutation, breast cancer is past. Patient recently had total gastrectomy with esophagojejunal anastomosis reconstruction.
Would I code Z48.0 as primary? Then Z15.09 to show the abnormal gene?
