Left hip replacement/fracture

Patient had a left hip replacement and after replacement developed spiral fracture. Client also has Perthe's disease left hip. This all happened within same hospitalization. Would I use M96.662?

    Any thoughts on this? Is M96.662 correct?

    If FX happened in same hospitalization when Hip was replaced then M96.662 right choice but if Hip was replaced previously then it's considered complication & look for T84.. Anyone else has different thought??
