  • I did theres no coding tip by j18.9 or j84.9 plus they have pul fibrosis.

    Pulmonary fibrosis (idiopathic) is interstitial lung disease for which no obvious cause can be identified.
    Go back to the coding rules for coding pneumonia and this time pulmonary fibrosis (instead of COPD like you asked me about before). Follow the guidelines

  • I honestly put the chart aside. Im running on 0 sleep. I have hypothyroidism and experiencing insomnia. For the last week its ben 4 max hours of sleep every night. Today im at my worst. Thank goodness I have the next two days at training just to get a refresher, I appreciate your help :) my head is just not here today.
