2017 new codes
I am asking for assistance, if anyone knows where I may find documentation stating the new codes for 2017 may not be used prior to October 2016? I have tried CMS website and CDC but I may not be looking in the right place. I know we shouldn't use the new codes prior to October, but would like to find documentation to back why I am stating this. thank you all for your assistance in advanced.
