We have a patient with Medicaid as insurance and we’re seeing her for cervical spinal stenosis s/p decomp and foraminotomy. She also has low back pain from an injury as her workman’s comp claim. I was told if I could remove the low back code from the list as we're not seeing her for that. I say, to leave it there as it’s going to affect the treatment or care of the pt. What do you think.
