Impingement Syndrome Left Shoulder with Ganglion Cyst of A/C Joint
My patient is s/p surgery for the above issues. There is no documentation that leads to any sort of Trauma. Patient is receiving SN, PT, and OT for the aftercare of the surgery. Since this is not a trauma and the issues are resolved because of surgery, what is the proper code for this one? I thank you in advance for all your help.
