gangrene as primary
I have a question regarding gangrene as primary
I have a patient that has gangrene/cellulitis, venous insufficiency, LLE ulcers with pseudomonas. I keep getting an error when I go to lock the oasis as it is telling me this is a manifestation code and I cant code the gangrene first. l97 codes state to code gangrene first. The I87.2 (venous insufficiency) is not included in an excludes list.
