Coding complication vs. revision of joint replacement

I need help clarifying a coding issue involving joint prosthesis revisions - complications vs routine aftercare:

1) Pt has a mechanical loosening of hip joint prosthesis and had a hip explantation and revision. Being discharge to HHC, no documentation of further complications

Would you could code Z47.32 (Aftercare following explantation of hip joint prosthesis)

or T84.03___ (complication code)?

    I had asked this question before as well and someone responded with
    explantation if it is a normal wear and tear (like after being in for many
    years) but if there is loosening or something like that after just a few
    years then it would be considered a complication. Ultimately the Dr would
    make the final decision :)
