Home Care Coding Specialist-Hospice Exam

I am trying to sign up to take this exam at a PSI testing site. This exam is not listed as an option for registration. The only Hospice exam I see is the Homecare Specialist-Hospice. I am wondering if anyone has any info on how to take this exam?

    Have you tried looking at the Decision Health Website. They have all of the information there.

    Thank you. It is on the Decision Health site that I am trying to sign-up to take the test.
