skin graft over a pressure ulcer

there is a great article in Diagnosis coding pro (March 2017) regarding skin graft over burns or "non pressure" wounds.. my question how do you code a pressure ulcer that is covered by a skin graft ? just code the pressure ulcer as unstageable? or do I use after care code Z48.817?

    OASIS response = surgical wound; ICD-10 code = Pressure Ulcer Unstageable!
