CAD and HTN

If a patient has CAD (I25.10) and also has HTN (I10), would the HTN automatically be considered as hypertensive heart disease (I11.9)? Or does "hypertensive heart disease" have to actually be stated in the documentation?

    I25 is not one of the codes associated with HTN, would be coded separately
