when coding DM with PVD I use E11.51, since this includes PVD will I also code I73.9

You would only need to code E11.51 (and add insulin and or oral hypoglycemic medication codes)

Is anybody's OASIS scrubber flagging to code I70.- when M1028 is checked YES for both DM and PVD? Even though E11.51 has been coded? I can't see coding them both?!
