I'm having a hard time finding the 7th character for an open ulnar fracture. Should I use "D", subsequent encounter for fracture with routine healing?

Left or right? Do you have any other specific information?

Left, I coded S52.602D. I thought that was for a closed fracture, my patient's was open.
