how is this coded? there is a "additional code required" note by the code E11.52...but I am not sure how to proceed. I don't see a code that identified the site of the gangrene....

I don't see any "Additional code required" note next E11.52, which book r u referring?.. I think E11.52 only required..

look under E11.....it asks for additional code for insulin/oral meds.
