Carcinoid tumor of the colon (hospice)

No location within the colon provided. Does have progression to liver and carcinoid crisis with flushing and hemodynamic instability. Also had syncopal event.
I just want to know what code for the carcinoid colon tumor would fit best. (hospice) Thanks.
