If bacterial infectious agent is not known, do you code B96.89?

No.B96.89 is used when organism is known but doesn't fit in any other organism code...

I agree Vonnie. But if we had to code it (for whatever reason, would you use B99.9?)
I prefer not to code what isn't clearly documented, but sometimes we're directed to code it anyway.
