Do we code Type 2 Diabetic Neuropathic Ulcer on foot with E11.49 & L97.xxx(as per Decision Health coding Manual Page 1035) or Code E11.621, L97.xxx & E11.40

    thanks Lisa.. but if pt has Diagnosis of Diabetic Foot ulcer & also DM Neuroathy it wouldn't make ulcer as Diabetic Neuropathic ulcer unless physician says so right?
