Can I only code I70._ _ _ when physician specifically says arteriosclerosis?

    U code it I73.9, L97.XXX... U can't code with I70.2 unless physician clearly document ulcer caused by Atherosclerosis.. There is an article explaining this on decision health dated 08/01/15..
