HTN and Heart disease
I'm getting conflicting information. Does the guidance that we can assume a relationship with HTN and heart failure go into affect now, or do we wait til Oct. 1, 2016. At the summit we were told to wait til Oct. 1st, but I have recently heard from 2 different coders that it has gone into effect already.
