s/p laminectomies

If pt had lumbar laminectmies and formaminotomies for Degenerative Disc Disease and lumber stenosis, after I code Z47.89 would i then code either the DDD or stenosis if the surgery was to resolve the conditions?

I was thinking to leave the DDD -M51.36 under the Aftercare code since that was stated after surgery in Rehab center. Hospital coded the stenosis as reason for procedure.
