R hip Revision for Peri-Prosthetic fx
I have Patient who had R hip Revision in May for Peri-Prosthetic fx,coming to Home health in August after Rehab, Surgical wound have healed.. SN,PT ordered for Abnormality gait, Post op Weakness.. How do I code this??
