bradycardia--help
Pt is being recerted....due to bradycardia --new weakness (no cause yet to see cardiologist this week)--had some med changes---Pt's original DX was Afib---but cardioverted although still at risk for this to come back...(has hx of CHF, DM, etc) looking for help with Primary Dx as bradycardia is obviously a symptom
