pressure ulcer mid back
I am coding a patient with a stage 3 pressure ulcer smack dab in the middle of his back. All I can find is right upper, right lower, left upper and left lower to describe the location, but his is in the middle! I won't use unspecified part of back, but there is no choice for other part of back. Should I use other location? L89.893?
