Shoulder arthroplasty for a traumatic fracture
Fracture is no longer present with arthroplasty. Would you code the aftercare codes Z471/Z9661 or the fracture code? I understand you should not use aftercare codes for surgery for injuries, however unsure if this would apply in this case.
