Aftercare-Sigmoid colon resection because of diverticulitis

Is it ok to use Aftercare code Z48.815 and should I still code the diverticulitis since that was the reason for face-to-face encounter?

    Hi Danie,
    OK to use that aftercare code, the diverticulitis is coded in M1011. It is now a resolved condition, and probably is a resolved condition for M1017 too.
