post-surgical infected seroma, anaerobic cocci still on antibiotics to treat this.

Can I code this to T81.4xxa post op infection
How would I code the abdominal Seroma? K91.840 is what I came up with but doesn't seem right.
Anaerobic cocci b96.89

Can someone please help with this?
