Help please failed joint replacement and patella replacement due to infection
failed joint replacement and patella replacement due to infection, now 1 year later needs PT for ambulation as patient is becoming w/c bound . The patient had it removed and never replaced . I want to code T84.53XS or T85.79XS I dont think R26.89 would be appropriate ,as the reason for her needing PT is due to the failure .AM I correct thank you in advance .
