Discharge OASIS submisssion
In 2015, we instituted the use of EMR. On 8/29/2017 our system was updated and it was discovered that several Discharge OASIS were never completed dates ranging from 10/30/2015 to 1/26/2017. Should these OASIS be completed now and submitted? Where can I locate guidance on this topic?
