hematoma after surgery

Patient has developed hematoma to her incision following a left breast mastectomy. I am unsure if I need to code a complication code or the hematoma. Thanks for any feedback

I am ending up with L76.22. Does that sound right? So would I bypass the aftercare code and just code the the breast cancer next?
