Sorry this is not coding related, but an oasis reviewer brought up an odd question as it relates to an H & P received with
referral. she felt that some "discussions" the doc had with the patient that were documented in the H&P should be seen as part of home health orders. Your input appreciated,

    All orders must be confirmed with the ordering physician. That is the only way you can remain compliant with the CoPs and have the documentation to back up your Plan of Care.
