Multiple Fractures

I have a patient that had several fractures. Right tib/fib, right humerus, and Cervical seven verterbral body fracture. Had an ORIF to humerus and fusion of spine. How do I code? Do I use the Z48.89 or Z47.89? and totally lost on fractures.

    Z48.89 are not for traumatic fractures. Each traumatic fracture is coded
    separately. Z48.89 is for laminectomies and spinal fusions for lumbar
    spinal stenosis, spondylosis etc.
