We admitted a pt that has been in the hospital with a bleeding Peptic
ulcer, has received several units of blood and has been sent home with
orders for every other day H&Hs as even after the clipping she continued to
drop the Hgb in the hospital.
In M1021 can I still code the bleeding ulcer, K27.4?
