Osteotomy w/Labral Tear repair
Can someone please help me with this, A patient was addmitted to homecare following a periacetabular osteotomy of his left hip for dysplasia and at the same time they did a arthroscopic Labral repair for the acetabular labral Tear, He also had ligamentum teres debridement , How would I code this? would I just use the aftercare Z47.89, the SN are seeing him for wound care to hip and thigh, Please help I am so confused
