please help with STEMI

Pt had STEMI in December...suffered anoxic brain injury (arrested for 45 minutes)...just coming home...so MI greater than 4 weeks
also has CAD CHF an MI a year ago...
Do I use G93.1 for brain injury...he has memory deficits...please help with coding

    I would code the G93.1 for the anoxic brain injury.

    I would then add the code for old MI, CHF
