Osteotomy and labral repair
I have a pt being admitted to homecare follwing a periacetabular osteotomy along with a repair of acetabular labral Tear, He also had ligamentum teres debridement , How would I code this? would I just use the aftercare Z47.89, the SN are seeing him for wound care to hip and thight, Please help I am so confused
