J code as PDX & HHRG

Our Billing team is telling us not to use J code as PDx cause it won't generate HHRG.. Did anyone hear that? what's the solution?

    Always follow coding conventions and guidelines. Determination of the primary diagnosis is not an arbitrary decision. Coding must be based on the medical documentation verified by the ordering physician.

    Sounds like your biller is not certified. Decision Health has a Home Health Billing Answers, 2017 (just a suggestion).
