Medication Orders for Home Health
Can multiple separate medication orders ordered, for the same date, be placed on a single computer generated order sheet, that is distinguished and separated by a line between the orders, and signed just once at the bottom of the page? Or would each medication order need to be on a separate page for doctor signature to comply with Medicare guidelines.
